Right beside “Dashboard” click your blog name.

Click the “Customize” below your url, and go into your description box, type this in: <a href=”Link“>Link name</a></li>
You see where link is  ? Type in: (ex: http://yoururl.tumblr.com/url) and then, link name is what you want the name of your link to be.
